" A very elegant two/three bedroom maisonette/apartment occupying a major part of the ground floor of this prestigious and very attractive double fronted Victorian house located within a few minutes walk of the mainline station (30 minutes to Kings Cross/St Pancras) and Harpenden village shops and restaurants. Only 10 minutes or so by road to Luton Airport and the M1 Junction 10. The property offers beautifully presented accommodation retaining many fine character features reminiscent of its era. Access is via the original Victorian main front door, opening to a light and airy hallway with receptions rooms on either side. Currently the property is arranged as two bedrooms but if a third bedroom were required, the dining room could be used as a bedroom.
