Very reasonable rent We are pleased to offer for lease this well presented, 3 bedroomed semi-detached house situated in a quiet street near the Aberdeen University. The property is well proportioned and is in good condition with quality furnishings and has its own exclusive garden and is very reasonably priced. The house has been carpeted throughout and benefits from gas central heating and is full double glazing. There is a good sized lounge at the front of the house and a wall mounted Toshiba Television is supplied for your comfort. There is a feature gas fire with a gold coloured and marble surround. This room has been nicely decorated with a beige coloured carpet and cream painted walls. There is a feature wall with a contrasting dark wallpaper with speckled silver.
