We originally brought the house back in 1996 for our dad to live in. Which he did very happily for 29yrs. Unfortunately with his passing we have decided to sell the house. Dad kept the house in good order over the years he liked to keep on top of the maintenance. He spent many an hour in his garden caring for the plants and brushes gaining many awards for it over the years, one thing he enjoyed the most when out in the front garden was the chats with his neighbours as they were walking passed, he d spent many an hour putting the world to rights with them. With his declining years he struggled with the garden more so had to adapt the garden to make it easier for him to look after..

Over the years he built up many relationships with the neighbours, gaining many friendship from it. When needed help from his neighbours they were there for him which gave my brother and I reinsurance if we were not around. The road is residential and quiet with only homeowners coming down the road.

His daily walk to the local corner shop was only 5mins to get his newspaper, he enjoyed he s morning chats with the owner of the shop. There is also a parade of shop 15mins walk away which includes Sainsburys, Hairdressers, Fish & Chips, Chemist. Norden Farm Centre of Arts is a 10min walk, a Bus Stop is only 5min walk away, which Dad used regularly at one point to go into town.

The area is close for easy access to the M4 and M40 and for a family there is a good choice of Primary and Senior schools all very local. There is plenty of woodlands walks around within easy reach.

Although the house now needs updating we feel whoever moves in will put their own stamp on it, be very happy there making wonderful memories
