TENANCY AGREEMENT

PAYMENT OPTIONS

you can provide a UK based Guarantor you can pay the rent in four instalments as follows.

1st July 2025 12 weeks of rent payable with 8 weeks discounted by 50% for non occupancy equivalent to 8 weeks of rent

29th September 2025 16 weeks of rent payable

5th January 2026 16 weeks of rent payable

4th May 2026 8 weeks of rent payable

If you are unable to provide a UK based Guarantor then the rent must be paid in two or three instalments as follows

Option 1

Upon reservation 25% of the annual rent payable

1st June 2025 75% of the annual rent payable

Option 2

Upon reservation 25% of the annual rent payable

1st June 2025 50% of the annual rent payable

1st September 2025 or on arrival whichever is sooner 25% of the annual rent payable
