"A stone built house with gardens; the property has views over Wrexham and Cheshire. It has a fitted kitchen, two spacious bedrooms; separate lounge and dining room. The village of Brynteg benefits from having its own schools, shops and regular bus service; it is just over two miles from Wrexham town centre.

The property is decorated in shades of powder blue and dove grey emulsion paint. The rustic internal doors have been stripped of their paint to expose the character of the wood. Curtains are hung over the lounge, dining room and bedroom windows with roller blinds fitted to the kitchen and bathroom. The property has uPVC double glazed windows and doors and gas central heated installed.

ENTRANCE HALL
