On the first floor there are views from the landing towards Highdown, 2 double bedrooms and a re-fitted shower room. The mature gardens, which back onto the River Rife, feature a raised sun deck with established vine, a variety of fruit trees, gated side access, summer house and greenhouse with heating. Further features of the property include double glazing, gas central heating and no ongoing chain.
Directions
From our office on the roundabout proceed west along Goring Road passing through the traffic lights and shops at Mulberry Parade. On reaching the roundabout junction with Aldsworth Avenue proceed straight over into Goring Way following the signs for Ferring. On reaching the village turn right at the T junction into Ferring Street and proceed past the shops to the level crossing. Once over the crossing turn left into Langbury Lane where the property can be found towards the end on the right hand side after the bend.
Situation
The property is located 1/2 mile to the north west of the popular coastal village of Ferring. The village centre provides a range of shops, public houses and restaurants. There is also a village first school which provides a pre-school. Worthing Town is within 3 1/2 miles and provides a more comprehensive range of facilities. The A27, which provides access to the larger centres of Brighton and Chichester is also within 3 1/2 miles. Rail services to London are available at Goring by Sea station which is within 1 1/2 miles.
