"An excellent example of a refurbished Victorian home which is located within the boundaries of a city centre.
The home is 0.8m from the city & its amenities, restaurants and train station and J6 of the M5 is also accessible.
The accommodation comprises; dining room with oak flooring and a feature fireplace, this then leads through to the inner hallway and lounge.
The lounge is situated to the rear of the property and also has oak flooring and a feature limestone fireplace with granite hearth and cast iron inset. The lounge then gives access through to the kitchen.
