"35 Hudson Close is a well looked after semi detached family home on a popular residential area to the south of the city of Worcester.

ROUTE TO THE PROPERTY From Worcester city centre proceed in a westerly direction over the River Severn and onto New Road. Taking the left-hand lane proceeding onto Bromwich Road and at the traffic island take the second exit into Canada Way. Continue along Canada Way for some distance taking the fifth turning on the right into Hudson Close, proceed to the head of the cul de sac where No. 35 will be found immediately ahead of you as indicated by the agents For Sale board. SERVICES Mains water, gas, drainage and electricity. FIXTURES & FITTINGS All items of this nature not specifically mentioned within the confines of these sales particulars are to be excluded.
