"A real slipper house....just move in and pop your slippers on. Nothing needs to be done at all here. The property is the only linked detached home within the cul-de-sac and has the added benefit of having been extended at some time, while having the potential to be extended further in the future if so desired (subject to planning). Plantation Crescent is in two parts and as you park on the driveway, you are sat right in the middle of the cul-de-sac with a walkway separating both sections. As you enter the property you will be stood in a good sized hallway with access to all the downstairs accommodation. A twenty foot lounge to the front is very light and bright, the ideal room for friends and family, while the kitchen diner to the rear is the perfect setting for all entertaining, a modern kitchen allowing for a real come dine with me experience of being open, allowing for diner parties or helping the children do their homework while dinner is being prepared.
