"Spacious 18th century cottage in an idyllic hamlet

Description

Approached via a pretty pedestrian gateway leading up to the front door where it leads through to the entrance hallway. The entrance hallway is beautifully presented with oak flooring and refitted oak doors, stairs lead up to the first floor and a door leads through to the sitting room.

Situated to the rear of the property and of a generous size with feature multi fuel wood burning stove with a brick hearth and wooden mantel over, windows overlooking the rear garden and sliding doors lead through to the conservatory. Having windows overlooking the garden, ceramic tiled flooring and doors lead onto a patio area. The kitchen diner is prettily presented with many period features, exposed timbers and exposed brickwork, oak flooring, an array of matching base and wall units, plumbing for automatic washing machine, space for tumble dryer, windows.

From Ludlow take A49 heading towards Leominster, at the Salway Arms take the left turn heading towards Tenbury Wells on the A4112. Continue along this road through the village of Newham Bridge stay on the main road of the A4432 and towards Worcester. After 2.4 miles turn left towards Frith Common, continue through the village for 1.2 miles and then Fern Cottage will be situated on the left hand side on the edge of the village opposite a woodland area."
