"Welcome to Green Lea, a wonderful three double bedroom detached property that has recently undergone an extensive renovation and extension programme and so today we present a home that is beautifully presented, offering a wealth of accommodation which is coupled by extensive parking, a mature garden, and west facing views over open countryside and beyond to the Malvern Hills and it is because of the above, that this property comes with such a high recommendation to view.
Internally the property features a central porch which in turn leads to a spacious entrance hall where each room is accessed.

To the rear of the home, the vendors have extended and in doing so have created a wonderful, open plan and exceptionally spacious livingdiningkitchen. The kitchen enjoys a wealth of units which sit alongside a host on integrated appliances. The village is well placed for access to the M5 at Worcester, the M42 North and the M40 East. Mainline rail services operate from Worcester Parkway and Pershore to London and Birmingham. Warwick Parkway is 26 miles to the northeast and provides fast direct train service to London Marylebone
