"A superb semi detached bungalow on a quiet residential road within Evesham.

Description

This fantastic bungalow is double glazed throughout and has well presented accommodation within including a reception room opening through to the dining room, a kitchen, two double bedrooms and a shower room. Outside, there is driveway parking, a garage and an extremely private and level garden to the rear.

49 Lingfield Road is approached over a block paved driveway leading to the garage and side entrance door. There is also a low maintenance gravelled garden to the front.

As you enter the property you are greeted by a welcoming reception hallway with access to the roof space, an airing cupboard and doors to the accommodation.

The fitted kitchen has a range of wall and base units with worksurfaces over incorporating a stainless steel sink with drainer. The window in front of the sink has lovely views over the garden. From Pershore take the B4084 towards Evesham and at the traffic lights turn right onto the Cheltenham Road. Proceed for a short distance passing the petrol station and then take the right turn onto Sandown Road. Continue to the t Junction and turn right onto Hamilton Road and then left onto Lingfield Road where the property is located on the right hand side.
