"Built in the early part of the 19th century this Grade II listed semi detached family home offers versatile accommodation spread over four floors.

The accommodation comprises a reception hall, living room, dining room, breakfast kitchen, family room/utility, store room, cloakroom, conservatory and a cellar. The first floor boasts three double bedrooms and a bathroom with a fourth bedroom on the 2nd floor. The property also benefits from a driveway and a garden.

From Evesham High Street, proceed in a southerly direction along Abbey Road and continue to the river bridge and turn left, at the traffic lights, onto Waterside. Follow this road to the next junction, turning right at the traffic lights into Port Street. Continue to a roundabout and bear right into Broadway Road. Follow along until finding the property on the right hand side, located by the Agents For Sale board.
