"Set in the heart of the popular and well served village of Badsey, this modern property creates an ideal home. The accommodation enjoys double glazed windows and electric heating. No Pets please.

The property offers accommodation comprising an entrance hall, living room, kitchen diner, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside there is a garden to the rear and off road parking for one vehicle to the front.

From Evesham High Street continue in a southerly direction along Abbey Road to the river bridge. Turn left onto Waterside and continue along to a junction, bearing right onto Port Street. At a roundabout turn left onto Elm Road and leave Evesham along this road, over a roundabout towards Badsey. On entering the village turn right onto High Street, follow past the shops on the left hand side and the entrance to Poplar Court will be seen on the right hand side. No 14 is located on the left hand side of the complex.
