"This detached bungalow can be found in the village of Murrow which is ideally situated for the towns of Wisbech and March or those who require access to the A47. The accommodation is deceptively spacious and comprises attractive lounge with exposed brick fire surround with display piers to either side housing a cast iron wood burner. You will also find a television point, radiator, and texture and coved ceiling. The kitchen is fitted with a range of white wall base and drawer units which incorporates a halogen hob with oven under and hood over, stainless steel single drainer sink, plumbing for dish washer, under pelmet lighting, and space for fridge and freezer. Telephone and television points. The third bedroom is presently used as a Dining room and has French doors giving access to the conservatory. The conservatory has a tiled floor, door into the utility and patio doors out to the terrace. The utility houses a separate WC, stainless steel single drainer sink, plumbing for washing machine, floor standing central heating boiler, and storage cupboards to one wall. The two further bedrooms and pretty bathroom which is fitted with a three piece bathroom suite comprising panelled bath, low level WC, pedestal wash hand basin and fully tiled walls completes the accommodation. To the front is a good sized drive providing ample off road parking with access to the rear garden where you will find a terraced area with steps down to a lawn area with pond, flower and shrub borders and timber garden shed. There is also access to the A47 to both Kings Lynn and Peterborough. Directions From Freedom Bridge roundabout in Wisbech take the A1101 towards Long Sutton and Sleaford at the traffic lights turn left towards Leverington. At the Rising Sun public house follow the road round to the left towards Murrow. At the sharp right hand bend continue straight over towards Murrow. Continue along and onto Front Road."
