"Hugely extended and renovated throughout this detached bungalow really stands out from the crowd. Benefitting from a stunning 25 foot living room/dining room with bi-fold doors directly to the garden, gas central heating, PVCu double glazing with remaining guarantee, solar panels providing an additional income, a 33 foot timber built studio in the garden along with a detached garage with workshop to the rear. The accommodation consists of a spacious entrance hall with solid wood floor. The kitchen has a window to the side and is fitted with a contemporary range of cream fronted wall and base units, including an island unit with cupboard under and glazed and lite wall units. There are wood effect roll top work surfaces over and in-set composite sink unit with mixer taps. There is a built in Neff electric double oven with matching gas hob and stainless steel cooker hood over. Space and plumbing for a dishwasher, space for an American sized fridge/freezer and the floor has ceramic tiles.  There is a useful boot room which has plumbing and space for a washing machine, wall units and a tiled floor.  Opening out from the kitchen is a wonderful 25 foot living room/dining room with underfloor heating.  PVCub bi-fold doors lead out to the rear garden and french doors lead to bedroom two. Dilton Marsh is very active community and has much to offer its resident, both the primary school and pre-school are very highly regarded with an active parents and toddler group. Gardening, history, WI, music, yoga, junior football, guides, 'am-dram' and bowls are among the active clubs, societies and groups. Dilton Marsh is located close to the borders of Somerset and the surrounding countryside offers lots of lovely walks and opportunities for outdoor pursuits such as walking, horse riding and fishing. Dilton Marsh is convenient to the towns of Westbury, Frome, Trowbridge and Bradford on Avon. Nearby is the well renowned Longleat Estate, a number of national trust properties including Stourhead. The stunning Georgian city of Bath lies approximately 15 miles distant, which is home to elegant buildings, amazing museums and ancient hot springs, offering a wealth of cultural experiences to enjoy. Bath also has a good selection of private schools including King Edwards School. There are also many good state schools in Frome. Babington House the private members club is approximately 2 miles distant. There are good road links to London and the South West via the A303, M4 and M5 all of which are in reasonable reach. Mainline rail connections to London are also provided from Bath and nearby Westbury and Bristol International airport is also just a 45 minute drive away. Local bus services link to Frome and Westbury.
