Martin & Co are delighted to offer for sale this beautifully presented, three bedroom, detached property situated within a quiet location. The accommodation comprises and benefits from gas central heating, Upvc double-glazing, with modern, neutral decoration throughout.

The property is entered through a double glazed door into the entrance hall, there is a cloakroom, stairs to the first floor and a door to the lounge.
