"Found at the end of a cul de sac, a short walk from the town centre, this lovely home boasts two double bedrooms and a wonderful wood burning stove. Driveway parking is found to the front and a low maintenance garden to the rear.

Stepping into the property you find a welcoming entrance hall with stairs to the first floor as well as openings to both the kitchen and lounge diner. Found to the front, the kitchen has a range of fitted units with work surface over whilst the lounge diner is a great size. The impressive wood burning stove will keep the chill off during the winter and there are doors to both the garden and a large under stairs cupboard. Moving upstairs, the landing has another useful cupboard as well as doors to both bedrooms and the bathroom. Bedroom one is a generous double with a window overlooking the garden. Bedroom two meanwhile can also accommodate a double bed and has a cupboard housing the central heating boiler. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC and wash basin.

To the front of the property you find driveway parking along with an additional gravel area, also used for parking. There is handy external storage and an EV charger.
