The Time Stone is still visible in the roof space of the current house, which historians believe was built around the older house between 1825-1850. There are tell - tale signs indicating these dates still visible to this day; wide door thresholds to accommodate the latest ladies fashions at that time and the high ceilings allowed fumes from oil lamps to rise above guests sitting in the rooms. To this date it is still unknown which farmer actually managed the build of the current house we see now. A full detailed file on the history of Elcombe Farm House is available for perusal.
