This cosy  and very well maintained 3 bedroom property is set over two floors and is located between the Old Town and main town of Swindon. It is only a 5-10 minute walk to the heart of the Old Town and its array of shops and restaurants and within a few minutes to local amenities such as supermarkets, pubs.

The Swindon mainline train station is just over a mile away and is within walking distance or if you prefer is on a main bus route which goes from the end of the road every 12 minutes into Swindon centre.

The property has a very generous lounge/dining area with a beautiful Victorian fireplace. The property is currently unfurnished but can be let partly furnished, and is fully gas central heated.

The kitchen is bright and sunny with fully integrated fridge/freezer and washer-dryer and cooker/oven. The property has three good sized bedrooms, all with very generous built in wadrobes.The main bedroom has an attached en-suite the main bathroom has been recently done up to a good standard.
