"In our opinion this is a particularly well presented and much improved two bedroom end terrace home situated in a cul-de-sac within the popular residential area of Covingham with access to local shops and amenities, town centre and junction 15 of the M4 via main routes. The accommodation comprises of lounge and kitchen/diner on the ground floor whilst the first floor boasts the two bedrooms and a recently refitted bathroom suite. Externally the plot is larger than usual for this type of property offering potential subject to planning to extend the property.
