"We are delighted to offer for sale this wonderful detached family home occupying just over 1/4 acre of mature private gardens backing on to fields in the highly sought after village of Chiseldon. The accommodattion comprises of a hall, family room / bedroom four, kitchen / dining room, utility, family bathroom, inner hall, sitting room, bedroom one, landing, bedroom two and bedroom three. Gas fired central heating. 175ft x 50ft mature rear garden. Single garage. Off road parking.

LOCATION Chiseldon is a village in the borough of Swindon, Wiltshire, England. The village lies on the edge of the Marlborough Downs, a mile south of junction 15 of the M4 motorway, on the A346 between Swindon and Marlborough. The village houses a school - Chiseldon Primary School. The Church, was built in the thirteenth century along with other local churches inOgbourne St. George and Ogbourne St. Andrew. The village has a surgery, as well as two Hotels, an Esso Petrol Station, two shops (one housing a Post office) and various other businesses. There are two pubs in the village, The Patriots Arms and the Plough Inn. There is also the Social Club. THE PROPERTY The front door opens into a porch with a further door through to a nice sized hallway with the stairs rising up to the first floor. The first door on the right opens into a spacious double bedroom with built in wardrobes. Back into the hall the next right is through to the large sitting room, with sliding patio doors into the garden. There is then an inner hall with a door into the downstairs bathroom, with panel bath, shower, wc and wash hand basin. Another door then opens in to the impressive kitchen / dining room with a range of wall and base units, inset sink, built in oven and space for an eight seater table at least. CONTINUED A single door leads through to the utility room with space and plumbing for the usual appliances and a door to the garden. Finally on the ground floor double doors from the dining are open into the family room / bedroom 4, this also has access from the hall. Upstairs onto the first floor landing. To the left is found a double bedroom with built in cupboards and last but not least, to the right is another double bedroom with an ensuite shower. PARKING & GARAGE To the front of the property is parking for 3+ cars. There is also a single garage with an up and over door, power and light. THE OUTSIDE The rear garden is a wonderful feature of the property, measuring 175ft x 50ft and backing on to fields. Nearest to the house is a large paved patio area, making the most of the patio doors from the sitting room. The remainder of the garden is manly laid to lawn with various mature shrubs and trees.
