"Greenacre Farm is an agricultural tied detached property that is situated within 27 acres of pasture land and benefits from its own own private gated access. The property was built in 2003, and has stripped wooden flooring, a bespoke kitchen with working aga and a charming living room with wood burning stove. There are two large barns that have great potential for livestock.

There are Primary Schools at nearby Ashton Keynes and also Cricklade. Malmesbury is also within a 15 minute drive where there are supermarkets, schools, pubs and restaurants. A 2nd barn is currently being used as an animal shelter with temporary boxes inside. The land is mainly laid to grass which used to be used for sheep farming. The land is enclosed mainly by thick hedging and fencing. The large gated access leads onto the attractive driveway that leads to the barns and the main dwelling.
