"A truly delightful four-bedroom detached family home situated in the highly regarded residential village of Middle Winterslow, offering excellent scope for modernisation. This attractive home was built in the 1990s and enjoys a peaceful setting on a popular close, with an excellent location for families. The property is particularly well positioned for younger families, close to a children?s play area and a pedestrian walkway leading to The Causeway footpath, part of the Clarendon Way long distance walk.

The property benefits from a convenient and versatile layout, offering excellent potential for further development or extension, subject to usual consents. Well presented throughout, some cosmetic updates would create a wonderful family home.

Stone Close is set in the pretty village of Middle Winterslow with a population of around 2,000 people. The Winterslows are located approximately six miles north east of the cathedral city Salisbury which has excellent recreational facilities which include a cinema, leisure centre, arts centre and theatre. The city also offers a thriving shopping centre and traditional market with a good train station offering London Waterloo in approximately 86 minutes. Grateley Station is 9 miles to the north of Winterslow and also offers faster links to London. Salisbury has a wide choice of primary and secondary schools, including both grammar schools, which boast excellent Ofsted reports. Winterslow itself offers a fantastic range of local amenities located within easy walking distance. These include a village shop, post office, doctors' surgery, pub, churches, a large modern village hall and two large recreation grounds. There is also a wonderful pre-school group and a local primary school, Winterslow C of E Primary School.

To the rear there is a very pleasant west-facing garden enclosed by wooden panel fencing and a variety of mature hedges, giving a secluded feel. Immediately adjacent to the house is a paved patio with space for outdoor dining, edged by a low brick wall. Surrounding is a mostly level lawn, bordered by well-established shrubs. The garden also features a wooden shed. To the front, the property is approached over a tarmac drive leading to an integral garage."
