"A fully modernised, beautifully presented three bedroom home in the ever popular village of Winterslow.

The home has undergone a complete transformation in recent years, having been comprehensively reimagined and renovated by the present owners.

The home now offers characterful, light and modern accommodation throughout. The recently constructed porch provides a welcoming entrance with an internal stable door giving way to the open plan ground floor, with solid Oak flooring throughout. The open plan living area is an excellent size, with a log burner providing a focal point for the seating area, whilst there is ample space for a large dining set adjacent to the kitchen. The beautifully appointed kitchen has been repositioned and has an attractive farmhouse feel with solid wood base and wall cupboards, built in dishwasher, butcher block work surfaces and a range cooker. There is also a separate utilities cupboard. Newly fitted patio doors lead out to the terraced rear garden which offers lovely views across the valley and beyond. To the first floor there are three generous bedrooms, two excellent doubles and a good sized single serviced by a well appointed family bathroom.

The home offers scope for further development, with many having completed loft conversions, subject to the relevant consents.

Outside there is ample parking with a pedestrian walk way leading to the home and a pretty cottage style front garden where the oil tank is discreetly positioned. The rear garden is split into individual garden 'rooms' on three levels. There is a decked seating area adjoining the home with steps leading down to a lawned area that in turn leads down to the kitchen garden with several vegetable beds and a sizeable garden store/potting shed. The elevated position offers lovely views of surrounding countryside.

There is a single garage opposite the front of the home providing additional storage with light and power.
