Introduction
Beautifully presented with all the expectations of modern living requirements, this attractive home enjoys the convenience and sociability of village life located within yards of the highly regarded primary school, local shop and public houses quietly tucked away within a residential cul de sac. Contrastingly, the village is just a few minutes’ drive from Salisbury City Centre and its more comprehensive amenities and within catchment of the Grammar schools. Although spacious, the property offers planning consent to extend further if so required.

Description
A UPVC door leads to the entrance hall which accesses the principal rooms and the contemporary refitted downstairs cloakroom. The kitchen is well designed and equipped with an extensive range of eye and base level oak units and marble effect worktops incorporating a breakfast bar. The village of Alderbury lies on the southern outskirts of the medieval city of Salisbury near the New Forest National Park. Alderbury enjoys a friendly, sociable community with a range of local amenities including a village shop, Post Office, recreation area, two garages, dentist, public houses and village primary school all within easy walking distance. Its proximity to the New Forest National Park offers idyllic dog walking, cycling and wonderful scenery. Although in a delightful semi rural location, Alderbury is ideally positioned for commuting, with easy access to Salisbury, Southampton and via the New Forest to Bournemouth.
