Village life in Whiteparish has been a joy with a wonderful, friendly community and a host of amenities nearby with picturesque walks and cycle rides from the doorstep.

Introduction
Located just yards from the centre of Whiteparish and its wealth of traditional amenities including the well regarded school, shop, doctors surgery and choice of public houses, this attractive home offers generous accommodation which has been the subject of considerable improvement in recent years, including a refitted modern kitchen breakfast room and contemporary bathroom suite. The living space is supplemented by a beautiful UPVC double glazed spacious conservatory, overlooking the good size gardens providing a perfect all year round reception room. Parking is also generous via a double width driveway with potential for the erection of a garage subject to the normal planning consents.

Description
A UPVC double glazed door leads to the entrance hall with access via stained wooden doors to the ground floor rooms including the downstairs cloakroom which hosts the combination boiler. The property is situated in a quiet cul de sac within the heart of the popular village of Whiteparish, located approximately 9 miles to the south east of the Cathedral City of Salisbury and approximately 8 miles from the market town of Romsey. Easy access is available to the A36 which leads to Salisbury and the M27 offering excellent commuter links.
