"A modern mid terrace house overlooking a small green and with no passing traffic. In need of a little updating the accommodation comprises porch, lounge / dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms and bathroom. The property is mostly double glazed with gas central heating, cavity wall insulation, gardens and parking.

SITUATION: The property stands towards the end of a cul de sac on the well established Forester's Park Estate, within ? mile of the town centre. There are local shopping and other amenities close by. Melksham offers an excellent range of shopping, leisure and educational facilities.
