SITUATION: Winston Road is a small cul de sac of bungalows and houses just off Berryfield Lane which is a small residential area between the southern outskirts of Melksham and the village of Semington. Melksham town centre is within a mile and a half and has excellent local shopping and educational facilities. The property enjoys easy access to the A350 and Trowbridge is within 4 miles.
