"An exceptionally well presented and greatly extended three / four bedroom semi-detached house well placed at the end of a quiet cul de sac on popular Bowerhill. SITUATION: The property is quietly tucked away at the very end of Locking Close in a small cul de sac towards the southern outskirts of Bowerhill. The village has easy access to the countryside and the canal and there is a sports centre, primary school, post office, public house and community centre nearby. The new secondary school, when built, will be within easy walking distance. The town centre of Melksham is within a mile and a half and has an excellent range of shopping and leisure facilities.
