"A truly immaculate one bedroomed house with a lovely south facing garden enjoying open views along the Og Valley and off road parking for two cars. The property has been completely updated and improved in recent years to include high quality kitchen with appliances, new bathroom with shower, double glazed windows and doors and gas fired central heating. The garden is of a good size, landscaped for minimum maintenance and maximum relaxation!

The property The best way to get a feel for a property is to have a walk over, so we will start by walking up from the double parking spaces to the front door. Double glazed door opening into the hall with window to the side, recess for shoes, coats etc. Walking on into the sitting/dining area, recessed cupboard to the right, staircase rising to the first floor, bay window to the side with double glazed stable door into the garden. Attractive wall mounted gas fire, more for decoration than essential heating, usual telephone and telephone connections. Open plan into the re-fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, including four ring hob with extractor hood over, oven and grill below and concealed dishwasher. Space for fridge freezer and washing machine. Extensive wall and base fitted units with contrasting worksurfaces over and inset single drainer sink unit with mixer tap over. Upstairs Walking up onto the landing with recessed storage area, deep airing cupboard and access to the loft. Turning left we walk into the bedroom with window overlooking the garden and two deep built in wardrobes. Finally into the bathroom which has a Roca white suite with white tiled walls, wash basin, toilet and bath with separate shower over and glass shower screen. There is also a heated towel rail behind the door. Outside & Parking To the front of the property is a small lawned area, path to the front door and gated access into the rear garden.
To the rear. Stepping out from the sitting room onto a good sized paved patio area, path to the gated side access, step up to a gravelled good sized south facing private garden with interesting trees and shrubs, timber shed and a lovely sitting area with views down the Og Valley.
