"3 DOUBLE BEDROOMED BUNGALOW (1087 sq ft) WITH LIGHT AND AIRY ACCOMMODATION. Hall, sitting room, dining room, kitchen/breakfast room, utility room. Large bath and shower room. Driveway parking, enclosed rear garden.

The Location Milbourne is a semi rural location on the outskirts of Malmesbury which is reputed to be one of the oldest boroughs in the country. It has a comprehensive range of shops and services and has a library, museum and sport centre with swimming pool. There are various cultural activities including events at the lovely old Abbey. The proximity of the M4 motorway provides easy road travel to the major employment centres of the area including Swindon, Bath and Bristol. There are mainline train services from Chippenham, Kemble and Swindon. The Property This semi detached bungalow was built in the late 1960's and has been extended and refurbished to a high standard by the current owners. A particular feature is the fabulous open plan living space, which is cleverly designed so it can also be used as individual areas. A new kitchen has been installed with integrated appliances and the bathroom has quality white sanitary ware. The windows and doors have been replaced with UPVC double glazed units. A new central heating system has also been installed with a new oil fired boiler. There is under floor heating in the kitchen, dining room and bathroom. The Accommodation The front door leads into the hall which has three double bedrooms off, the master having one wall of fitted wardrobes. The good sized bathroom is at the front, it features a double ended bath and separate shower. The living accommodation flows extremely well with the sitting room open to the dual aspect dining room, which has sliding doors into the rear garden. The dining room in turn opens into the dual aspect kitchen/breakfast room, which wraps back around to the sitting room. As expected, the utility room is off the kitchen and has an external door and the water softener. Outside There is parking for two or three cars in front of the property. A gate to the right hand side leads to the rear garden which enjoys a good degree of privacy and is enclosed by fencing. It is chiefly lawned with mature shrubs, specimen trees and gravelled and paved seating areas. There are outside lights to the front and rear, external power points and a water tap.
