"A well proportioned three bedroom semi detached 1950s family home, owned since new by the same owner and now requiring some modernisation throughout. Situated on the edge of town within close proximity of the famous Kennet and Avon Canal, the property offers off road parking for two cars and a private south facing rear garden enjoying a good amount of privacy. There is ample opportunity to extend the present living accommodation (subject to the relevant planning permissions being granted). Internally the entrance hall leads off to a useful downstairs wet room, a large kitchen breakfast room, and a 17 ft sitting room which in turn opens through to a conservatory. On the first floor there are three bedrooms a shower room and separate WC.
