"A spacious 1970s family home located in this established area of town that is convenient for both the shops and local schools including Wandsyke Primary. This mature home has been updated in recent times to include a modern gas boiler (2012) and UPVC double glazing and offers two good sized reception rooms complemented by a fitted kitchen. There is a family bathroom with a separate WC and three bedrooms. The master bedroom has the added benefit of an en suite shower room. Outside the driveway provide off road parking and leads up to a single garage. The fully enclosed and private rear garden is predominantly lawn with a paved seating area and enjoys a south westerly aspect.

Directions From our offices, head south out of the Market Place along St Johns street and then Long Street. At the roundabout, take the first exit into Southbroom road and then at the next roundabout take the second exit into Pans Lane. Continue along Pans Lane and take the second left into Sarum Drive. Continue towards the end of the cul de sac and the property can be found on the right hand side.
