"A well presented and spacious family home located in this established area of town. Owned from new in 1971 by the same owner, this mature home has been updated in recent times and offers two good sized reception rooms complemented by a large conservatory and refitted kitchen. There is a useful downstairs cloakroom, a refitted bathroom with bath and separate shower and three bedrooms. The master bedroom is very generous and could actually be sub divided to make it a four bedroom house if one so desired. Further benefits include a modern gas fired boiler (2012) and UPVC double glazing. Outside there are two driveways providing ample parking leading up to a single garage. The fully enclosed and private rear garden features a variety of shrubs and plants and paved seating area and enjoys a south westerly aspect.
