"This very attractive Grade II listed thatched cottage is situated in the heart of this pretty village with outstanding views over open countryside. There are two reception rooms. A sitting room with a working open fireplace and the dining room with exposed timbers. The attractive kitchen/breakfast room opens out to the garden. Finishing off the downstairs is a hall cupboard, with plumbing for a washing machine and a shower room. Upstairs there is a family bathroom, three bedrooms and a box room which can be used as a study, ideal for working from home. All of which have the same charm and period features as the rest of this charming home.

Situation
The quaint and rural village of Marden has a community centered around a village hall, church and the nearby and well regarded pub; The Millstream.
Marden is an ideal location from which to explore the stunning surrounding countryside offering many walking and riding opportunities.
Woodborough Garden Centre (approx 3 miles)
has a café and farm shop. Shops and further facilities can be found in the large village of Pewsey (5 miles) with access to mainline rail services from Pewsey to London Paddington (about an hour to London). The twice weekly market town of Marlborough (approx 12 miles) offers shops, cafe‘s and restaurants. The market town of Devizes (6 miles) offers more shopping and leisure facilities and hosts a popular weekly market. The area is well served by an excellent range of schools including the local and well regarded Woodborough primary school.
