"A spacious family home located in a quiet close in this highly sought after accessible village. Four bedrooms, family bathroom, en-suite shower room, two reception rooms, very large kitchen/breakfast room, utility room, W/C, garage & off street parking.

WARNING Warning these particulars are currently in 'draft format'. Their accuracy has not yet been verified by the vendor. CHRISTIAN MALFORD Christian Malford is to be found on the B4017 south of the M4. It has a small shop including a post office a parish church and two public houses. This means ford marked by a cross; the spelling of the name in 937 was Crisemalford. The village is also conveniently located for access to the M4, which gives good access to Bristol and Swindon. Mainline rail services are available a short drive away from Chippenham, (Paddington c. 75 mins). THE PROPERTY You approach the property over a stone driveway with a garden to your left surrounded by hedges providing privacy.
