A beautiful stone period cottage situated in the middle of Colerne's pretty High Street.

30 High Street is a pretty stone cottage arranged over twofloors, quite literally in the heart of this Wiltshire Cotswold village. On theground floor you are greeted via the front door leading into the sitting roomwhich features a fireplace with working wood burning stove, creating the focalpoint of the room. Either side of the chimney breast there are built incupboards and shelving and to the opposite side are stairs to the first floor.A glazed door leads you through into the rear of the property where an openplan kitchen and dining room reaches the width of the cottage. The kitchen isfully fitted with wall and base units, integrated appliances and space for fridgefreezer and plumbing for washing machine. A step down from the kitchen area andyou are into the dining area with a storage cupboard and French doors out onto the rear garden. On the first floor a landing with a large storage cupboardprovides access to all bedrooms and the bathroom. To the front of the cottageis the master bedroom with built-in wardrobes and a feature fireplace and alsothe third bedroom, which is a single. To the rear is the second bedroom, alsoof double size with a window overlooking the garden. The bathroom issympathetically fitted with white suite including a shower over the bath,wooden tongue and groove panelling surrounding with a cupboard housing a wallmounted gas central heating boiler.

Externally there is a south facing mature garden to the rearincluding two sheds and a patio area leading directly from the dining room Frenchdoors.
