"Well presented 1930s three bedroom semi detached property pleasantly situated in a sought after location within easy access of the town centre, mainline railway station, popular John Coles Park and M4 motorway. The property has some characterful features throughout and benefits from having a large level garden laid mainly to lawn with two large, useful storage sheds. The accommodation is arranged over two floors and comprises entrance hallway with stairs to first floor, cloakroom, sitting room with open fireplace and open plan kitchen / dining room ideal for family living. Directions From the new town bridge turn right on to Avenue La Fleche and continue straight across the Bridge Centre junction into Ivy Lane.
