"DESCRIPTION Horswell is a beautifully presented detached family home set down a desirable quiet leafy lane within the popular village of Great Somerford, a level walk to the amenities the village has to offer. Constructed of reconstituted stone the property is individually designed and was built as one of a pair in 1985. The property has been meticulously well maintained and in recent years improved with the addition of a new rear garden room, pressurised water system and carpets. Arranged over two floors, the accommodation extends in all to 1,946 sq.ft. coupled with a large double garage.

The village was awarded ‘Best Kept Medium Sized Village‘ in Wiltshire in 2015 by the Campaign to Protect Rural England. Situated 7 miles away is the market town of Malmesbury which has a further range of facilities and also the larger town of Chippenham is nearby where there are direct rail services to London Paddington. Great Somerford is in a fantastic location for commuting to London, Bristol, Swindon with Junction 17 of the M4 only 5 miles away.
