Upstairs there are four bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom and a family bathroom. The house is in excellent condition and is set within a recently built development. The property is available now as an unfurnished let. Administration Fees: If you wish to apply for one of our properties we will require an administration fee of £200 plus VAT for the first tenant and £30 plus VAT for each further tenant or guarantor. The fee is a one off fee which includes credit checking, referencing and all the paper work in relation to setting up a new tenancy.
