The Old Tannery is believed to have existed since the 17th century and possibly as far back as the Domesday. The present building dates back to the late 18th century and was converted in the late 1950s to provide a private residential property.

Set in a superb, elevated location this Grade II listed house has been modernised and extended by both the previous and present owners. The combination of many retained period features such as exposed beams throughout and feature arched windows together with modernisation including solid oak interior doors has created a unique village residence.

The light and airy accommodation is laid out over 4 floors including a superb kitchen with range cooker, and a terrace leading off it overlooking the main lawn and millpond.
