"The wonderful reception hall with its open fireplace is really inviting and was a main contributing factor why Colin and June fell in love with this bungalow some 5 years ago!

The superb views to the rear across open farmland was an unexpected bonus and one that has provided them with an ever changing outlook giving them a real sense of country living. We are only 10-15 minutes drive from the heart of Whitstable and approximately 20 minutes drive from the Cathedral City of Canterbury with all of its history and superb shopping facilities. Both of which can be easily reached by bus with a regular main bus route with stops just along the road.

Being a 3 bedroom bungalow this home would suit a growing family or as in the current case a couple that like to spread their wings as there is a 21ft lounge, lovely modern kitchen and large timber chalet in the rear garden currently set up as a useful home office and equipped with all the necessary infrastructure.

If gardening is your passion the good size plot with well stocked and tended gardens are delightful and you even have a large, popular nursery/garden centre within walking distance that will cater for all your gardening needs.

Access to a local wood known as Clowes Wood is opposite, a great area to explore, exercise the dog or walk of Sunday lunch!

What the Owner says:

The space and good size accommodation really appealed to us when we first viewed this bungalow 5 years ago, compared to all the other bungalows we had viewed this one really stood out, with its larger rooms, lovely garden and delightful farmland views.

We can still remember the wow factor of the reception hall with its open fireplace that really made us feel welcome and at home when we first walked in.

Since moving here we discovered Clowes Wood which has proved to be an ideal place for us to take regular family walks with our dog.
