"A real rarity! This modern designed semi-detached bungalow will provide you with space rarely found in bungalows especially in this price range.

There is an almost 21ft lounge and 2 good size bedrooms you will be hard pressed to find somewhere that will provide you with quite so much space especially considering the close proximity to the Town Centre shops and various amenities.

The current owner said that she was quite surprised when she first walked into the bungalow some 4 years ago and was immediately impressed with what was on offer. In the last 4 years the property has benefited from a new central heating system, new kitchen and bathroom and has also been maintained to a very high standard.

The property is in a quiet and pleasant cul-de-sac with no through traffic.

I really enjoy the convenience factor attached to my home as I can walk into Whitstable's Town Centre, hop on a bus or catch a train if I need to travel further afield as all these facilities are only a short walk.

I was really amazed when I first walked into the bungalow as it was far bigger then all of the other bungalows I had looked at. I enjoyed all the benefits of living close to the Town Centre with the added benefit of living in a quiet cul-de-sac without any of the noise associated with living in the Town!
