"Definitely a house for the growing family, ideal if you have energetic young children. This attractive semi-detached home features a large 85ft plus rear garden, fantastic and safe place for the children to run around and play football. There is an adult entertainment area with a large timber decking area ideal for family BBQ's. In addition to this great outdoor space the owners have constructed a large timber building that they have previously used as annex style accommodation for family relatives, and is currently arranged to provide a lounge, conservatory, kitchen, bedroom and shower room. There could be many other options for usage of this building which would include a games room, children's den, or even potentially a home cinema - we would advise that all interested parties seek confirmation from the local authorities planning department in respect of its usage. Internally the property has been remodelled by the current owners to provide a large bright lounge, good size modern kitchen which features oak veneered Shaker style units, and plenty of work surface space. There is a separate dining room which has a pleasant outlook over the rear garden. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, a family bathroom and a separate W.C. The owners have converted the loft space to provide a useful storage facility, floored and panelled out, accessed via a loft ladder. Subject to planning consent could be turned into a 4th bedroom. This fabulous family home must be viewed.

What the Owner says:

This home has been in our family for over 30 years and we have really enjoyed the quiet location and the added convenience of having two local Primary Schools, shops and sea front all within walking distance.

I can remember as a child riding my bike around the block and always feeling safe in this community.

For the past 5 years we have replaced the bathroom and kitchen, converted the loft space into a more useable area, and added a large timber chalet/annex in the rear garden.

We very much hope that the new owner gets as much enjoyment out of our home and the location as we have.
