"A slightly larger size traditional 1930s semi detached situated in a popular residential location which is great location for transport links into the city centre, as well as being close to the shops and amenities on nearby Oakwood Parade and Easterly Road. The house has well laid out accommodation of approximately 97.5m2 1049.7sqft with rooms having good ceiling heights, and also has ample off road parking. This lovely home is sure to appeal to buyers of all ages.

A ground floor entrance porch leads into a through hallway with stairs to the first floor and useful understairs storage cupboard.
