"My family lived in this house for 25 years before we moved and we found it an excellent house in which to raise our two children. Downstairs there is a very useful lockable porch area leading to a solid wood front door which opens onto the hallway and stairs. The kitchen(11' 6"x 9') includes a built in fridge and dishwasher-also washing machine, electric oven with gas hob. Plenty of worktop space and kitchen storage..The units are up-to-date shiny gloss cream. Back through the hall we find a neutrally decorated room which I used as the dining room(13' x 12' 6") It has large sliding patio doors which give a view on to a small patio and decent sized back garden. The other downstairs room

((13' 6" x 12' 5")also has an excellent garden view- this time of the front garden. It is  a spacious, comfortable room. Upstairs the bathroom has just been completely refitted with good quality suite including top-end shower over bath, giving tenants choice. Both the larger bedrooms will easily accommodate a double bed  and furniture. The back bedroom has a wall of sliding door cupboards which are fantastic for storage. The smallest bedroom will take a single bed and has convenient cupboard including hanging space for clothes. Room sizes in imperial measurements. These are about right. Cannot guarantee to the inch! * Please quote ref. 5706227 when enquiring about this property.
