"If you love amazing views and want to live in a lovely rural town with the peace and quite that comes with it but don't want to lose out on the space and luxury of a modern home, then this is the house you've been looking for!

You make your way to this delightful family home through a long winding picturesque road which is accompanied to the side by the beautiful river Wharfe. Once at the lovely stone built house you're greeted by its generous triple driveway AND garage, plus there's even parking spaces just to the right for visitors - more than enough space when entertaining friends & family.

Entering the spacious hallway towards the rear of the ground floor you'll find the hub of many a home in the stunning kitchen, which leads out to your private garden. This is no "stock" kitchen as the owners have spent their time and money transforming it into an amazing kitchen. With hardwood flooring and built in units with all the equipment you'd expect, including an induction hob and beautiful granite work surfaces, there's been no expense spared in creating the kitchen that we all dream about.

Upstairs you'll find the very spacious living room which brings the countryside to you through its 3 large windows offering breathtaking views across the fields to the rear as far as the eye can see. There are even better views above from the master bedroom with its higher elevation, I can only imagine staring out in a morning or evening and enjoying the glorious countryside.

All the rooms in the house are generously sized, with two of the four coming with their very own en-suite bathrooms. On the second floor you'll also find the family bathroom so hopefully this should cut out any family arguments over bathrooms.... no promises though!
