"LOCATED TOWARDS THE HEAD OF A CUL-DE-SAC AND AVAILABLE WITH IMMEDIATE VACANT POSSESSION IS THIS END TOWN HOUSE WITH PLEASANT GARDENS, DRIVEWAY AND GARAGE The property is located within a well regarded residential area, convenient for local shopping facilities, schools and for access to junctions 23 and 24 of the M62 motorway. The accommodation is served by a gas central heating system, PVCu double glazing and briefly comprises entrance hall, downstairs w.c., living room and dining kitchen.
