" The bungalow provides well planned and manageable accomodation in a popular and established residential area with local shopping facilities in both Lindley and Salendine Nook. The accomodation is served by gas central heating system, PVCu double glazing and briefly comprises: L shaped entrance hall, living room 15'7 x 12 approximate, dining/kitchen, two bedrooms both with fitted furniture and a bathroom. Externally twin wrought iron gates open on to a driveway which provides off road parking and with gardens to front side and rear.
